VISION

To be a leading, sustainable credit cooperative recognized for uplifting the economic and social well-being of Overseas Filipino Workers, their families, and all members while fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and cooperative solidarity.

MISSION

The Overseas Filipino Workers Toledo Credit Cooperative (OFWTCC) commits to:

  1. Providing accessible, responsive, and innovative financial services to members, whether working locally or abroad.

  2. Promoting a culture of savings, prudent financial management, and responsible borrowing among all members.

  3. Empowering members through cooperative education, financial literacy, and values formation.

  4. Advocating community development initiatives that foster inclusivity, resilience, and social responsibility.

  5. Operating with transparency, accountability, and adherence to cooperative principles.

OBJECTIVES

  1. Promote financial stability among OFWs, their families, and local members through systematic savings, credit assistance, and capital build-up programs.

  2. Develop and deliver competitive, member-focused financial products and services tailored to the evolving needs of members working locally and abroad.

  3. Enhance cooperative education and capacity-building programs to strengthen financial literacy, cooperative values, and leadership skills.

  4. Establish sustainable operational and governance systems to ensure financial viability, effective risk management, and regulatory compliance.

  5. Encourage entrepreneurship and livelihood opportunities for members through value-added services, partnerships, and capacitybuilding.

  6. Promote social protection mechanisms such as health, insurance, and mutual benefit programs for members and their families.

  7. Support environmental sustainability and community resilience through relevant initiatives and partnerships with local organizations.

SOCIAL GOALS
